Prayer Mountain

The 24 Hours Prayer Network is the Ministry under R.U.N Church Mugoma which started by the group of intercessors in 1995 – Kyenjojo District.

But it did not take off until 2003 when 24 hours a vision by Pastor Paul Busobozi was put on ground at the Prayer Mountain Kasozi. With the purpose of mobilizing the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ to pray on a 24 hours basis in these troubled times for God intervention in the World so that his internal purpose be accomplished.

After my salvation in 1991 God called me in different ways while still at school I saw the power of God at work I became the district youth minister. Then in 1997 I sat my life to seek God in prayer and fasting for many day asking God what has he called me to do?

In 1998 God gave the vision see given the power to serve water which would quench thirst for many people of whom I could not count thy number. This vision and many others through the leadership of the Holy Spirit and my pastor I found good to go to the theological school for preparation of the great ministry. I spent there three years in 2001 when I was about to finish my course I began to seek God to tell me where is the place He’s sending me.

Then God told me “Kasozi” and God began the altar of prayer calling many people to come and seek His face. I did not have money but trusted God that He would do what He said to do Numbers 23:19-23 and Isaiah 2:1-. With this I saw a very big tower at the mountain and many lines connected to it I saw lines from different nations after reaching the tower the formed one big web and it went up in the sky and it as if it was covered a little bit by clouds. The natural eyes could not see it clearly. Then I heard the voice that “this is the altar of Prayer”. I saw myself standing at that tower for a long time.

Then after that when I came from Kampala I told my pastor about the vision. We went at that mountain and the power of God manifested. He introduced me to the local leaders. I began from the tree on the top because I did not have money to build the house. Then from there I built small tents. later I built a mud house and a small house a the house of prayer. Up to now where we have come to build up our first permanent house.

Throughout this God is been so good and faithful to me. He has shown us His power in healing mad people, those suffering from blood pressure, diabetes, HIV/AIDS. He has caused lam to walk in His name, more to this He has brought unity in the existing church. Pastors have come to work together. The principality which has been holding the land is broken.

We have started different prayer altars in different places as Kyarusozi, Mugisa, Kasese, Mugoma, Mbale, Kamwenge, Kabarole, Kampala, etc. Next year February it will be in Congo.
